Yes, depending on availability, we will be happy to welcome you earlier than originally planned or to extend your stay (at an additional cost). Please contact reception in advance to check availability.

No. We only offer breakfast, half-board or full-board packages, for which drinks at the bar are always an additional charge.

In addition, we feel that the all-inclusive formula’s sedentary lifestyle is incompatible with the experience of discovering Mayotte.

Rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out can also be arranged at an additional cost of 50% of the daily rate for your accommodation. Subject to availability.

No, despite the fact that we love animals. N’Gouja is a sanctuary for many wild animals (sea turtles, lemurs, etc.), which makes the presence of any domestic animals impossible.

Yes, especially in the renovated part of Le Jardin Maore: terrace rooms and superior family bungalows, Le Lagon Maore water sports and diving centre and Le N’Gouja snack bar. However, the older parts of the establishment are sometimes much less accessible. Please contact us in advance so that we can facilitate your access.

Yes, you can ask reception to organise your transfer to/from Mayotte airport or Mamoudzou landing place. Remember to book 48 hours before your arrival by contacting us by phone or e-mail.

We speak French, Shimaoré and English. Some of our staff also speak Italian and German.

Yes, hotel guests have access to the secure private car park. For non-guests, it is possible to park along the access road to N’Gouja. Please note that on busy days at the beach, the access gate to Le Jardin Maore private car park remains closed and only hotel guests may park there.

Yes, but don’t forget to let us know if your child has any food intolerances, allergies or special requirements so that we can inform the cook in advance.

The bar is open every day and offers a wide variety of soft drinks, spirits and homemade cocktails.

Our restaurant is available to our holidaymakers and external customers from Monday to Saturday, and we offer a buffet lunch on Sundays. Reservation is not compulsory but strongly recommended.
