Le Jardin Maore’s restaurants are designed to promote Mayotte’s exceptional agricultural know-how and heritage.
Le Jardin Maore has established partnerships with producers in Mayotte to promote the region’s rich produce: vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon, lemongrass, etc.
Local fruit and vegetable growers are carefully selected for the quality of their produce and their commitment to the environment.
Local fish, chicken and dairy products are always a priority. We place great importance on respecting the seasonal nature of fishing (especially octopus and lobster).
Some aromatic herbs and edible flowers are grown on site and used in the restaurant’s dishes. Imported products come as much as possible from other countries in the Indian Ocean (Madagascar and Reunion Island in particular).
